Notifications

Configure security contact and admin contact email addresses for your organization to receive security alerts, billing notices, deployment notifications, and compliance updates.

Configure the email addresses Mintlify uses to reach your organization for security, billing, and operational notifications. Manage both contact types from the Notifications page in your dashboard.

Security contact

Security contact is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

List a security contact in your dashboard to receive security-related communications about your organization, including vulnerability reports, security alerts, and compliance updates.

Configure a security contact

1. Navigate to the Notifications page in your dashboard.
2. Enter an email address in the Security contact field.
3. Save your changes.

To remove the security contact, clear the field and save.

Admin contact emails

Admin contact emails receive operational notifications about your organization, including:

• Billing alerts, such as overage notices.
• Deployment lifecycle events, such as scheduled deletions.
• Other administrative updates that require an account owner’s attention.

By default, Mintlify sends these notifications to the oldest member of your organization. Add admin contact emails to route notifications to the people who should actually receive them.

Configure admin contact emails

1. Navigate to the Notifications page in your dashboard.
2. Add one or more email addresses in the Admin contacts section.
3. Save your changes.

You can add multiple admin contacts. Remove a contact by deleting its row and saving.
